From scheduling an estimate to a completed replacement roof, I could not be more impressed and satisfied with the professional and personal touches that Jim (President) and his crew gave to the job. I was kept up to date on permits, material delivery, job completion date. Extras included going around my flower beds with a magnet, sweeping the entire area, re-painting the vents, ... so many little things!

BECCA Roofing was quick to respond to my request (same day (Sunday)) and was out to my place the next day to evaluate the repair. I was provided an explanation as to why my roof was leaking, as well, what was required to make the repair. The roofer was at my home on time and started the repair process immediately. His work was very efficient and timely, leaving no mess or debris for me to clean up after. BECCA Roofing provided me a guarantee on their work and I feel confident they will back it up.
